Hi, I’m Trevor Slavin. I’m a cool guy who likes to hang out, watch movies, and make art. I love experimenting with print-making and mixing physical and digital media. My favorite movie is David Lynch’s Lost Highway from 1997. Such a crazy movie; truly lightning in a bottle.

Do you Collect anything?
Yes, as a matter of fact I am a collector of various things. I collect all forms of physical media including VHS, CD, DVD, Blu-ray, records, and books. I am also always on the lookout for toys and other collectibles from the 80s and 90s. I have a large collection of E.T. toys and California Raisins. I just love stuff and I love having my stuff around me.
Where do you find inspiration?
I watch a lot of movies and listen to music and that is where many of my ideas come from. When I listen to something I pull elements out and juxtapose that with something entirely different and see where that can go. I am also very much inspired by textures and colors from daily life; so much can be pulled from so little.
What do you like to do outside of art and design?
Good question! Going out and doing things, whether it’s spending some time in the wilderness just hanging with the pals. I also go to the movie theater a bunch. Not only do I love movies, but I sure do love some buttery popcorn and a nice cold beer. I like to spend time at the record store looking for new music and movies, while also checking the local thrift stores for some media there too!
